If you have any trouble, contact IT Support
First, restart your computer
If that does not help, power cycle your router and/or modem. To do this, unplug the device from the wall power outlet. Wait 30 seconds then plug it back in. Wait about 5 minutes for your router to resync with your Internet provider.
If you still can't connect. try testing your Internet.
Right click on the "black paw print" icon in your system tray, then click Internet Speed Test
When the test is done, email IT Support and let us know the results.
Please type or paste a screenshot of your Speed Test results in the email.
Your Windows session is still holding on to your old password.
You need to lock your computer and unlock it with the new password.
First make sure you are connected to the VPN. If you're not sure how, see
the "Cannot connect to FortiClient VPN" section above.
Once you have confirmed you are connected, hold down the Windows key ⊞ on your keyboard and press L, then release both keys.
When you see your Windows lock screen, press any key on your keyboard to dismiss it.
Type the new password you just set into the password field, then press ENTER on your keyboard.
Once you are back at the Windows desktop, everything will function as expected.
Click the Start button, then click All Apps.
Scroll down to Google Drive and click on it to open the app.
Wait a few seconds for the app to open, then check your G drive again.
It will now be connected and working normally.
If your WiFi will not connect automatically, it may display an Action Needed notification and other errors as shown below.

To reconnect, again click the "globe with a no sign" in your taskbar.

If prompted, type your Windows username and password.
Click the volume icon in the bottom right corner of your screen, next to the clock.
Then, click the volume icon to the left of the slider to turn mute on and off.
You can also mute or unmute sound via the Settings app:
Click the System menu on the left, then click Sound.
Find the Output settings section, and click the volume icon to the left of the slider to toggle mute on and off.
Another way is to use the keyboard. You can hold down the FN key and press the F1, F2, and F3 keys to mute the speakers (Fn+F1), decrease volume (Fn+F2), or increase volume (Fn+F3) as shown below.
Try going to another website, like petmeds.com , google.com , or dell.com
If you can't get to any other websites, check with your Internet provider to ensure your service is working correctly
If you can go to other web sites, make sure you're using the Okta Dashboard to log into the site that's giving problems
Go to login.petmeds.com and sign in
Click on the tile with the logo of your desired site
If Okta can't log you in automatically, view the iSolved Configuration video and follow the directions. The process in that video applies to other sites that are not automatically integrated with Okta
If you're already logging in through Okta or that didn't help, try clearing your browser data
Click the "three dots" in the top right corner of Chrome or Edge.
In Chrome, click on "Delete Browsing Data".
In Edge, click on Settings, then in "Privacy, Search and Services", click "Choose What to Clear"
Set the time range to All Time, make sure all the boxes are checked, then click
"Delete Data" in Chrome or "Clear Now" in Edge.
Try to get into your web site again. If it's not accessible from Okta, you'll have to log in again using your username and password
